3 bedrooms, 200 sqm. house for a family of 4, located in the old town center of Oristano, Italy. The building has been completely demolished and rebuilded preserving the external perimeter and building shape, as town building regulations required. At the ground level take place the living area that bring to the little courtyard, a guest bathroom and the master night area composed by the master bedroom, bathroom and closet. At the first floor the children night area includes two bedrooms and a bathroom. From here is possible to reach the terrace that is also used as an utility for the laundrynette located under the roof.
